When can I expect my order?
Our average delivery time is 5 to 14 working days.
The estimated delivery time has passed.
In almost all cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur when an item is temporarily out of stock. In that case, the delivery time may be extended by 2 to 3 days. If your package is lost by the courier, we will of course send you a replacement package free of charge.
How much are the shipping costs?
At Smith & Harper, you always enjoy free shipping with a Track & Trace number. We ship our orders with UPS.
Returns and exchanges
I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached, and without signs of use.
Before returning, please contact our customer service at info@smith-harper.com with the reason for your return, so that we can process it correctly.
All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment. Once we have received your item(s) in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days.
Cancellation policy
We process orders quickly, which means cancellations are unfortunately not possible once the order has been placed.
